Kathleen Kirk, CHTP

I am Kathleen Kirk. Wife, mother, healer, educator and the owner of Reset & Renew. I feel like I have done energy work my whole life, but officially started taking classes in 2010.

As a passionate, lifelong learner, my mission is to help you transition through life’s emotional and physical challenges. I want you to lead the best possible life. Balanced. Healthy. Full of gratitude and open energy flow.

It gives me great joy to have multiple certifications under my holistic healing belt. I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master, Reiki Teacher, Animal Reiki Practitioner and House (Home & Office) Clearer. Knowing me, there will be more modalities on the horizon.

I also loving teaching and connecting with others, so they feel more comfortable in their own space. Ask about my next Energy Class, Soul Collage® Class, Art & Oracle Class or Women's Workshops!

I have done healing work at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, Wake Forest Center of Integrative Health and Wake Forest University.

I have a private practice in Winston-Salem, NC, work with clients remotely for distant healing sessions and have an office at 18 Springs Community Healing Center.

In a nutshell? Balance. Energy work - whether it's Healing Touch or Reiki, is a relaxing, nurturing energy therapy that assists in balancing your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. It works with your energy field to support your natural ability to heal. It is safe for all ages and works in harmony with standard medical care.
