Healing Touch and Reiki are complementary wellness services offered in a calm, fully clothed session focused on relaxation, balance, stress management and a supportive presence. This supports overall well-being alongside, not in place of, appropriate medical care.
What happens during a session?
Kathleen begins with a short conversation, then creates a calm treatment experience focused on your comfort and intentions.
This is a quiet 60-75 minute session in a supportive treatment space with time to settle, receive care, and leave gently.
Best for deep rest, stress support, and feeling more centered.
What if I can't attend in person?
Kathleen offers remote sessions. These are phone-supported sessions from home for clients who prefer privacy, convenience, or distance support.
Best for flexible support when travel is not ideal. They are just as effective as in-person sessions.
What if I'm brand new or skeptical?
That is welcome. Kathleen explains the process in plain language, invites questions, and helps you decide what feels comfortable.
What is Group Reiki?
Group Reiki is receiving energy work from 6 practitioners, creating 36 times the energy! See the Group Healings Tab for more detailed information about this experience.
What are Home & Office Clearings?
Kathleen will come to you or work remotely to clear and balance the energy of your home, office space, dorm, apartment, etc. Yes, this involves removing ghost energy. This is helpful for life transitions: selling a home, buying a home, birth, death, marriage, divorce, etc.
